        - Created central config.pl script for most configurations.
        - Added -I option for gnu diff program to ignore cisco's ntp clock-period
          changes.
        - Gave username cisco level 15 on routers and configured an auto tftp command
          to prevent hacking as that username. Adjusted tftp program for this change.
